Esther is a therapist, educator and mental wellness advocate. I believe in the power of connection, resilience, and a little bit of humor. Whether helping children, teens or adults navigate big emotions or crafting mental wellness programs, my approach blends science with heart. My counselling philosophy is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and a deep belief in the power of client’s personal strength and self-compassion. Beyond one-on-one sessions, I design social-emotional learning programs, conduct mental wellness talks, and develop resources to make therapy more accessible and engaging. And when I’m not in session, you’ll find me experimenting with baking—or crafting the perfect treat for both humans and dogs!
I work with both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals of all ages, tackling different issues from Depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder to Schizophrenia.
